The Assistant Manager of Individual Giving, WNO will work alongside the Director of Individual Giving and Operations, to manage the WNO Circles Campaign which includes over 250 mid-level donors who contribute $900,000+ to our mission annually. Your support to the campaign will include donor cultivation, acquisition, stewardship, and ongoing maintenance for both unrestricted and restricted contributions. You will be responsible for generating solicitations and communicating with our donors on behalf of WNO senior leadership.

Identify, collaborate with, and solicit donor contributionsWork closely with donors to fulfill benefits to include campaign renewals, maintaining proper crediting and gift processingContinue the growth trajectory of the Circles programAssist with planning stewardship events for donors and key participantsWork closely with other development and strategy teams at the Center to ensure all campaign efforts are seamlessParticipates in broad strategic planning and supports colleagues as needed to achieve departmental goalsYou’ll be successful in this role if:
