Executive Director – Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre – PBT seeks a collaborative and engaged organizational leader to build on its strong financial foundation and to guide it into a new era of imagining what a ballet organization can be.
PBT’s dancers, staff, faculty and board members bring a passionate commitment to its success. Working closely with the Artistic Director and the Board, the Executive Director will develop, evaluate, and execute strategies to connect more deeply with diverse audiences and internal and external stakeholders, furthering the mission and driving earned and contributed revenue. The right individual for this role will be passionate about what the arts can mean to individuals and to a community.
Further, they will be a tireless advocate and fundraiser for PBT’s mission and vision. PBT has engaged Management Consultants for the Arts to facilitate this search, with the project led by David Mallette, Jason Palmquist and Shruti Adhar.
