On a typical day you will be required to:

Researching current donors, prospects, and suspects
Assisting in data integrity efforts
Performing data entry to ensure that new and updated research is integrated into the organization’s database
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: Two years of directly related, progressively responsible experience in fundraising, research, data management and/or analytics.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team, with multiple clients and stakeholders, both internal and external.
Ability to work independently and manage large projects.
Fluency with Microsoft Office and/or Google G Suite Business Solutions.
Strong skills with relational databases, Raiser’s Edge (Blackbaud CRM) preferred.
A commitment to working in and promoting a culture of inclusion.
An understanding of the important role of diversity, equity, and inclusion to institutional advancement.
