The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring individuals for various roles in our organizations.
This position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure that current employees are satisfied in their positions and will promote the POA and KCC vision and values through recruitment initiatives and events.
Essential Functions:
In collaboration with the HR Manager and Director, develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Works with the VP, IDEAS to ensure adherence to the values as it relates to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
Manages job postings and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and, with the hiring managers, selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders, when necessary.
Collaborates with the Director, Human Resources, during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and POA and KCC policies.
Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
With the HR Manager, contributes to the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
