Casting "A Christmas Carol," Musical Adaptation of the classic movie A Christmas Carol.

Requirements

Ebenezer Scrooge - Non Singing: Lead, 18+
the main character of Dickens's novella and is first presented as a miserly,
unpleasant man. He rejects all offerings of
Christmas cheer and celebration as 'Humbug! '.
On Christmas Eve he is visited by God and
three Angels at three different times during the
night. The three visits are his last warning to him
from God. Scrooge's life is coming to an end
and God is giving him one last chance to be a
good human being and prepare for his exit.

Tiny Tim - Singing - Soloist: Supporting, 18+
is one of Bob Cratchit's sons. He walks
with a crutch and has 'his limbs supported by an
iron frame'. Despite his physical difficulties, he is
a positive and generous child. He thinks of
others and is well-loved by his family.

Robert Cratchit - Singing - Soloist: Lead, 18+
loyal clerk, he is very poorly treated by his
boss and his large family live in cold and poverty.The
eldest children work hard and Bob is always looking to
find them better situations. His youngest son,Tiny Tim, is
the light of Bob's life but is very ill and needs medical
attention that Bob can't afford. Bob is also a symbol of
forgiveness – he toasts to Scrooge, despite his horrible
work conditions, and in the face of Scrooge’s eventual
remorse, is open and accepting rather than bitter.

Emily (Scrooge's Maid) - Singing - Soloist: Supporting, 18+
is Scrooge’s maid. She is in charge of
keeping his house in order and she makes him
meals. Emily is a kind soul. She is a believer in
treating people with respect. Scrooge doesn't
see the value. He often says mean things to her
but she does not retaliate instead she ignores
him and does her job to the best of her ability.

Young Adult Scrooge: Supporting, 18+
is smitten with love for his girlfriend
Rachel. He is working for Fezziwig, his good friend and
mentor. He turned out to be a very decent young man.
He is approached by Jacob Marley, a shrewd business
owner. Marley teaches him how to think and be like him.
Young Adult Scrooge becomes selfish and greedy. His
selfishness ruins his relationship with Rachel and they
split up.

Homeless Beggar - Singing - Soloist - Dancing: Supporting, 18+
the homeless beggar is sitting out in the cold. He asks
Scrooge for a few coins and Scrooge says no. The
beggar then antagonizes scrooge for the next 5 minutes
in song and dance until scrooge gets sick and tired of him
and throws coins on the ground in an attempt to be left
alone. (Note: The beggar has dancers who join him as he
sings. The dancers are also homeless as well)
