Seeking talent for the portrayal of standardized patients. Production states: "CA&M, Inc. is a government contractor that provides actors to portray standardized patients to work with various agencies within the federal government. Currently, CA&M, Inc. supports the Department of Veterans Affairs and their annual Motivational Interviewing and Clinician Coaching training events. The events will be held in the greater Baltimore/WDC area for two days per event July 13 and 14, and August 03 and 04, 2022, with one 1-hour virtual training event prior to the first event.

We are looking for actors with Union, Equity Eligible EMC, and Non-Union actors with experience in accurately and truthfully performing a script, comfortable with improvising based on a case profile and outline, comfortable providing accurate and detailed feedback, and has a dedication to the craft of acting and helping others."

These events will be in person, so we are currently only accepting resumes from local actors in the Baltimore/Washington markets-"

Requirements

Laura Johnson: 35-55
is a mother of 3, caretaker of her mother, is a veteran, and has diabetes. She has missed her last doctor's appointment and has entered the appointment rushed and harried after having a hard time parking at the VA.

is Veteran with Hepatitis C and drinks in excess. Mr. Flanagan has been referred to meet a Behavioral Health Clinician, by recommendation of his primary care provider, to address his alcohol use.

Jack Bowman: Lead, Male, 50-70
is a 73-year-old man who has been referred to a behavioral health clinician by the primary care provider because he failed a stress test. An angiogram revealed 80% occlusion (blockage) and he had an angioplasty with the placement of a stent. He needs to stop smoking and change his diet and exercise.
