The Business Intelligence division at HGO is responsible for all database functions company wide. This team of experienced data professionals serve as the central resource for the organization, providing comprehensive models and metrics to various teams to promote targeted, data-driven outcomes. Detailed data entry, constant monitoring, and report analysis are important functions of this team to help HGO obtain and maintain high quality data assurance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform timely data entry tasks in Tessitura and Financial Edge to ensure accurate and complete information
Create and track monthly renewal campaigns in TessituraAssist with basic list, extraction, report request and special requests as assignedManage the distribution of weekly reports across the organizationPerform regular database maintenance: merges, address and constituent updates, constituent audit report, web batch checks, resolve CSIsParticipate in and contribute to all database adjustments and improvements; participate in Tessitura Power User Group meetingsActively audit database entries to ensure accuracy, providing additional training information as neededOversee Business Intelligence email account, processing correspondence dailyAssist in maintaining the individual donor moves management system in Tessitura; establish and maintain effective processes and procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of prospect trackingAssist in the set-up of new Campaigns, Funds, Designations, and Appeals/Sources within TessituraCross-train with Business Intelligence Manager and Staff Accountant serving as back-up when neededManage special projects, as assigned by Business Intelligence Manager
