We are expanding our Transport division and looking for experienced and motivated Art Handler/ Drivers to join our team. Responsibilities include:
-Operating 16' - 24' straight trucks throughout the NYC metropolitan area
-Professional, safe packing, handling and truck loading for artworks of all media, antiquity, and high-end decor objects
-Condition Inspections, inventory, and labeling
-Artwork Installation
-Interaction with customers ranging from Private Collectors, Gallery, Auction House and Museum representatives; Art Advisors and Interior Designers
Position Requirements:
-Valid driver's license with clean record
-Experience driving 16'-24' (non-CDL) trucks throughout the NYC metropolitan area
-3-5 years experience in professional art handling
-Attention to written and verbal detail, friendly and professional customer service
-Educational background and knowledge in contemporary art preferred
