Casting the staged reading of the new play, "Riot! 1906 Atlanta." Synopsis: It is the little-known story of the ethnic war that took place between the Black and White communities in Atlanta, GA in the early 20th Century. Production states: "This is the initial presentation of the play in front of an audience before full production.
We are looking for: one African American male, tall, dark-complexioned 30s-early 40s; one African American male, dark-complexioned 25-35; two African American females 25-35; one African American female 40s; three Caucasian American men 25-45; and two Caucasian women 30-40. All performers must be strong readers, excellent character performers. Experienced theater performers preferred."
