Casting MALE- Musical Theater Dancers a la 'Chorus Line,' 'West Side Story,' 'Fiddler,' etc. that are local hires based in South Florida & Orlando Jazz, contemporary, however, excellent hip-hop dancers will be considered. this is an ongoing program as we appear at actual weddings & Bar Mitzvahs. Union & Non-Union urged to apply as these are private events & not open to the public, so there is no union jurisdiction regarding these programs. We are also not going thru agents at this time so you MUST make sure your direct number is included. If it's not on your resume, include it in the "message" to casting., otherwise we will be unable to contact you.
Our company has been making these appearances for over 20 years! The entire performance is just 15-20 minutes & we're finished with the event. Our troupes feature Broadway vets who are in between shows, national tours, cruises, or theme park gigs. Very FLEXIBLE schedule as you can turn down ANY gig when we offer it to you if you're unavailable. Therefore, if you are currently slated to start a show or go on tour, submit anyway as we can possibly use you when your production closes! Include in your submission a "message" to casting to let us know you're schedule & current availability.
The entire rehearsal period is approximately just 60 to 90 minutes, as good dancers pick up our routine that easily. This is the perfect 'Side Hustle' gig as it is the same routine that we do so there's no need to learn & rehearse new steps for each gig. BONUS: We have local troupes in 8 other cities throughout the country & in Canada, so if you relocate, you can easily have a job waiting for you there!
