Production states: "Casting actors who sing and singers who act to record the demo/pitch/soundtrack of the score. This recording will be audio-only, not video, so it doesn't matter what you look like or who you are. In fact, nobody in this musical is from Earth. Everyone is welcome. What does matter is if you can convincingly sound like. The little girl - loves her big brother, but is usually at odds with him. Needs to sound five or six, but a very young teen or tweenie who can sound legitimately like a young girl would be great too. If you're an adult or don't really sound like a little girl, don't apply. She is smart, funny, and trying to hold her own against her big brother. Broadway kid skills are needed. Belt, but some lighter heady sounds. Humor, energy, exasperation. Harmony skills are helpful, reading music is not necessary, but might help with learning the score."
